Clyde Brewer just passed away at 1:30 a.m. this morning, January 8, 2011. He was surrounded by his loving family. Please pray for peace and healing for his family in their hour of need. The River Road Boys will never be the same. Rest in peace, dear brother.

Mr. Brewer is survived by his wife, Esther; daughter, Molly O'Quinn and husband Pat; grandchildren, Casey O'Quinn and wife Carly, Ginny Brannon and husband Matthew; great grandchildren, Maggie, Rory, and Sullivan O'Quinn; daughter, Amanda Brewer; son, Joel Brewer and wife Wendy; grandchildren, Mason, Marshal, Mac, Morgan, and Mavrick Brewer; daughter, Cindy Newsome and husband Michael; grandchildren, Collin Brewer, and Lindsy, Emily, and Kendall Livingston; other children, daughter, Renee Prestige and husband James; grandchildren, Mendy Wilson, Michael Paul (deceased); great grandchildren, Cody and Ty Wilson; son, Skipper Brown (deceased); grandchildren, Brandon and Danielle Brown; son, Bruce Brown and wife Denise; grandchildren, Toma Brown and wife Nicole; great grandchildren, Austin, Clinton, Zachary, and Nickolas Brown; daughter, Darlene Jacobson and husband Danny; grandchildren, Sarah Rios and husband Sean, Christi Barfield, and Laura Barfield; great grandchildren, Isabella, Tristan, Luca, Bradley, and Caiden; daughter, Christine Snow; son, Russel Brewer and wife Haley; grandchildren, Keeley, Jacob, and Mitch Brewer.
Visitation will be Monday, January 10, 2011 from 5 to 8pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday January 11, 2011 at 11:00am at Southwinds Baptist Church with Shelly Alley, Pastor Andy Chute, and Bishop New officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
